I called in to Sean with an old laptop that I was sure was a goner, it didn't even turn on. And a desktop computer that had so many viruses on it that it was not safe to do our banking on. The next day Sean was on the phone with me telling me that not only could he save both machines but also get back all of our pictures and stuff.
